Chef's Earth is run by a husband-and-wife chef team at Calgary Farmers Market, building customizable salads, wraps, and lunch bowls from more than 50 natural ingredients to fit vegan, carnivore, and allergy-friendly diets. Their Banff Muesli, made with buckwheat, yogurt, berries, almonds, figs, and flax, is a signature grab-and-go item.
