- Not be used, worn, or damaged

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (fresh food, flowers, plants) - unless damaged or defective
- Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products) - if opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Get Authorization: Wait for the store to approve your return request
- Return the Item: Follow the store's instructions for returning the item

5. Return Shipping
- Defective or Wrong Items: Store covers return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Local Returns: Many Calgary stores accept in-person returns at their location
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by the store:
- Approval: You'll receive an email notification when your return is approved
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Delivery Fee: Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:
- Contact the store to check availability
- Return the original item following the return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
Note: We recommend placing the new order after your return is approved to ensure availability.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

You may cancel your order before it's confirmed by the store:
- Before Store Confirmation: Full refund, no questions asked
- After Store Confirmation: Contact the store to request cancellation
- After Shipment: Follow the return process once delivered

15. Restocking Fees
Most items can be returned without a restocking fee. However, some stores may charge a restocking fee for:
- Large or bulky items
- Special order items
- Electronics (if opened)
